Pool care is weekly and lawn care is every other week.
Trash and Recycle bins are handled by a trash caddie service and picked up on Thursdays (fill bins by Wednesday). trash caddie pushes bins curb side.
Parking: Driveway and 1 car garage + free street parking (max 2 cars).

Guest will have access to all amenities listed in the listing. The air-mattress must be requested 24 hours prior to check-in. This includes all games in the playstation, access to private patio and pool area, outdoor fire-pit

The space is entirely yours to enjoy during your reservation. Our property manager, Lilly, will be available if needed
The Neighborhood is upper middle class, quiet and safe, with close proximity to an elementary school.
