Downtown Dallas is a quick (5 mile) 10 minute drive to the E.
This 1,475 sq ft home is a peaceful getaway in the city surrounded by lush & tropical landscape. An open floor plan with bamboo ceilings and French doors leading to the outdoor tiki room, patio & pool extend the peaceful living space.
Guests will have sole use of the main house: living room, dining room, bed rooms, sun room, full bath & half bath, kitchen, pantry, closets, tiki room, patio, pool and laundry areas.

Kessler Plaza is located in historic N Oakcliff just 10 minutes West of Downtown Dallas. Houses noted for picturesque cottages and Austin stone bungalows were developed between the 1930’s to 1950’s. Access to interstates I-30 & I-35 are a quick 5-10 minute drive. The bustling Bishop Arts entertainment and dining area is 5 minutes to the East. You will find many attractions such as: Downtown Dallas, American Airlines Center, Dallas Convention Center, Cowboys stadium, Six Flags, Texas Rangers stadium, the Medical District, Dallas Zoo, Design District, Oak Lawn, Cedars/Southside District, Knox-Henderson, Lower Greenville, Fair Park, Deep Ellum, Sixth Floor Museum, Uptown and more within in a 10 to 25 minute drive.
